On December 12th, 2009 we had the visit of Lynn Fitzerald M.D. a Nidan Black Belt in Shotokan.
She is a former student of Sugiyama Sensei from Chicago. Sensei Fitzerald share with us all
her knowledge in energy power generated by our mind. She state: "70% mind and 30% physical aspect".
Thanks a lot Sensei Fitzerald.

On June 20th. 2009 we had the visit of Linde Belt, an Ishin Ryu Instructor from Longview. We had a self defense seminar with the introduction of knife. Here are some pictures.
